For complete listing information please select the click to bid button to see this item on ebay. Hi up for sale is an extremely rare 1998 dodge 2500 truck. It has a 12v cummins, newer 5 speed manual transmission with south bend single disc clutch, 4x4 with new transfer case, new adjustable lower control arms, leveling kit, air dog fuel pump, fluid dampner on the front, injectors (size is unknown) and is extended cab short bed. It also comes with fender flares (removed from truck) and an extra set of aftermarket headlights. This truck is super clean, the frame even still has the original stickers on it from the factory! Yes, there are minor paint chips and one small rust spot on the driver side bed right above the wheel well but that's pretty much it! Overall it's in great shape! The plastic front grill mounts are cracked so it is on loosely and headlights are very loosely mounted so they would need to be fixed/replaced. I am selling this truck for a friend, so it is not my personal truck but i have driven it and it runs and shifts great, just needs the front end alignment (i'm guessing from the lower control arm replacement). The a pillar gages don't appear to be hooked up and tires will need to be replaced as they are very low on tread and it seems to have a small oil leak from what i can tell (common). I tried to take pictures of any and all damage so please see pictures for condition, as they are part of the description. This truck, except for the small spot mentioned earlier is really rust free it's really in amazing shape and not all rusted out like the majority of these trucks are. It has the rare combination of being an early 1998 truck, so it has the 4 door option (only available in the first half of 1998), the legendary cummins 12v engine, 5 speed and 4x4. In 1998. 5 dodge switched to the 24v cummins which is electronically controlled and is less desirable than the 12v cummins engine. These trucks are only going to get more and more rare, so why wait any longer! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
